Yinghe Party Branch Launches the Public Welfare Legal Popularization Project
On January 17, 2025, the Beijing Chaoyang District Children's Welfare Institute was filled with warmth and care. The Party Branch of Yinghe Law Firm officially launched the 2025 annual "Legal Protection, Sunshine for Children" public welfare legal education project and held the first event of the year at the welfare institute. This event, centered on the dissemination of legal knowledge, brought a special "gift" to the children - legal knowledge and care, helping them enhance their awareness of the rule of law during their growth process and learn to protect themselves and help others through legal means.
At the beginning of the event, lawyer Ni Na, the publicity committee member of the general party branch of Yinghe, delivered a well-prepared legal lecture to the children. The lecture focused on laws and regulations closely related to children's lives, such as the "Protection of Minors Law" and the "Civil Code". Through watching videos, explaining vivid cases, and engaging in fun quizzes, the abstract and difficult legal knowledge was transformed into content that children could easily understand, guiding them to establish correct legal concepts. The children actively participated in the interaction, creating a lively and enthusiastic atmosphere.
After the lecture, Liang Di, the founding partner and executive director of Yinghe, presented small gifts to the children and said, "This lecture is just a beginning. In the future, we will carry out a series of legal education activities, especially inviting children to visit the Lawyers Museum and allowing them to experience the justice and majesty of the law through mock courts and other forms, so as to further deepen their understanding of the law."
At the event, lawyers Huang Wenxuan and Wang Xia also interacted with the children, sending them New Year's greetings and encouraging them to continue learning legal knowledge and use the law to protect their growth.
The person in charge of the welfare home stated that this legal awareness campaign not only enriched the children's legal knowledge but also made them feel the care and warmth of society.
