Yinghe Law Firm was established in Beijing in 2013, located on the bustling Chang'an Avenue - on the 5th floor of the Beijing International Hotel. It has a team of nearly a thousand practicing lawyers and operational staff, with an office area of over 3,000 square meters.

Our services cover more than ten types of legal businesses, including finance, corporate governance, intellectual property, criminal law, family law and wealth inheritance, capital securities, housing and construction business, real estate, compliance, data elements, labor law, international legal affairs, dispute resolution, etc. We work together with offices across the country, including Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Shenyang, Nanjing, Jinan, Haikou, Xiong'an, Sanya, Dalian, and Liaocheng, and collaborate with local lawyer networks to build the ability to localize resources and provide global services. We aim to provide customers with professional, efficient, and comprehensive legal solutions.
