The Criminal Practice Centre is composed of a group of outstanding criminal defence lawyers and professors from well-known domestic political and law schools, engaged in criminal defence, criminal compliance, criminal theory research and criminal public interest legal assistance. The Criminal Practice Centre consists of two departments: the Criminal Litigation Practice Department and the Criminal Compliance Practice Department. The Criminal Litigation Practice Department focuses on criminal defence, hearing of death penalty in difficult criminal cases, appeals and protests in criminal cases and other criminal litigation legal services, and specialises in the criminal defence of economic crimes, White Collar crimes, crimes in the financial field, and Gang Crimes, etc. We have successfully handled a large number of cases of change of compulsory measures, mitigated and reduced punishment, and acquittals, and many cases have had a significant impact in China. Our criminal compliance services aim to help enterprises establish a criminal risk prevention system, diagnose possible criminal risks and propose specific preventive measures in a targeted manner. Over the years, the criminal compliance practice team has accumulated a wealth of experience in handling cases, and is able to scientifically, effectively and accurately help enterprises and their executives conduct relevant investigations and diagnoses, and make recommendations for disposal in accordance with the law.
